I love my friends that sparkle and shine. They lift you up when skies are gray and make everything better. When I saw the mermaid from Honey Bee Stamps all I could think of is wouldn’t sequins be great for the tail scales?! Let’s make these mermaids shine like friends I know! With glue in hand, I got busy attaching and filling in the tail in various color combos. I found an appropriate phrase in a set designed to go with a nail polish set! I love how this turned out.
Stamps I used: Swimming By and Friends Like You by Honey Bee Stamps. There are also matching dies for Swimming By. I fussy cut mine, but the dies would make it quicker!
