We’re sharing tags today for Penguin Palace Stamps in the Tracey McNeely’s 25 Days of Christmas Tags. I created this duo of tags using the following products by Penguin Palace Stamps:

Heartfelt Notes stamp set (Bundle)

Warmest Wishes stamp set (Bundle)

Words From The Heart (Chapters 1 & 2) – Coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts

Scents of Fall Stencils 360°™

Crystal Snowflakes Stencil

To make my first tag, I blended Ranger Distressed Oxide Ink in Festive Berries and Black Soot to create the background. I die cut the tag using the hexagon die from the Words From The Heart (Chapters 1 & 2) – Coordinating Penguin Perfect Cuts. I enhanced the stitching using a Uni-Ball Signo Gold Gel Pen. Using Golden Era  Nuvo Glacier Paste, I added the pinecones and leaves using the Scents of Fall Stencils 360°™ . I also stenciled the designs on the remaining inked scraps and cut out a pinecone. The pinecone was adhered using Scrapbook Adhesives White Foam Squares. I also added some evergreens (The Lovely Layers Pinecone die set is available at Honey Bee Stamps, too.) die cut from gold and silver metallic cardstock. The phrase, “Forever Grateful” was heat embossed in gold on a strip of white cardstock and added to the tag. I added Pearl Pen dots in gold on each side. Drops of Pearl Pen were added on the tag in gold and silver, too. Silver cording finished the tag. Note: The back side includes a to/from and area to write a message, too.

On my second card, I applied similar processes. The background was created using Lucky Clover and Black Soot. The snowflakes were created using Nuvo Quicksilver Glacier Paste and the Crystal Snowflakes Stencil. I added the evegreens (Honey Bee Stamps, Lovely Layers Pinecone die set) in copper and silver metallic cardstock and white cardstock. The phrase from the Warmest Wishes stamp set was embossed using silver embossing powder. I used a Uni-bell Signo White Gel Pen to create faux stitches around the tag. Copper cording completes this tag. Note: The back side includes a to/from and area to write a message, too.
