Welcome to day four of sneak peeks for the new release by Honey Bee Stamps called, Modern Spring. Today, I’m sharing a card featuring some of the new products. These products (and my links below) will be available on 2/22 at 7:00 PM CST to order!
Squeeze the Day stamp and coordinating die set
The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panels. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size.
For this 5″ X 7″ card, I die cut the Seed Packet Die from white cardstock. I stamped the lemon image from the Seeds of Kindness Stamp Set on the front and colored it using the following Copics: YG67, YG03, YG00, Y19, Y18, Y17, E59, E57, B00, B000 and W1. I assembled the seed packet and added hemp twine to the top and inserted dried flowers inside. Now for the background…
I used pattern papers from the Honey Bee 6″ X 6″ Back to Basics paper pad and added an 1/8″ strip of an aqua blue and warm gray at the seam. I stamped the phrase from the set, Squeeze the Day stamp and coordinating die set and backed it with a black craft foam. I assembled the card to complete it, putting the phrase in the lower right.
