More Inspiration!

If you like today’s hop, check out Blog Hop Day Two on Saturday, March 1! More designers with more ideas are waiting for you tomorrow! Also, check out the Favorite Things release gallery for more ideas, too! Check out my blog post here where I share many cards featuring new products from the release! Now for a little inspiration from me…

Blessed in Bows Bouquet Card

My 5″ X 7″ card features the following products from the Favorite Things Release:

Blessed dies

Pretty Bows dies

Pale Green Embellishment Mix

I’m also using the Postage Collage Cover Die and Exotic Blooms dies from previous releases, too!

This card is actually a quick one! I used up some scrap pattern papers to complete the white framed postage collage cover die for the background. Next, I die cut the “Blessed” script word five times from white cardstock and stacked the scripted cuts. I also added a medium teal shadow die cut to the back to make the scripted word really stand out. I attached the word to the center row of the postage collage background.

I die cut the florals and leaves using the Exotic Blooms dies. I used a selection of aqua/teals and yellows for the florals and a grass green cardstock for the leaves and stems. Once everything was glued in place, I used the Pretty Bows dies to create a stacked set of bows. I added a Pale Green Embellishment to the center of the bow. I glued it right under the sentiment. Lastly, I added more Pale Green Embellishment discs around the florals and attached the card front to a white 5″ X 7″ card base to complete the card.

You can shop the entire release here. Please use the links in this post to let the Simon team know which ideas inspired you! It allows me to bring you more ideas in the future!
