Hi there! I’m Thinking Outside the Box with new ways to use the Post Box Card Base die set on the Honey Bee Stamps Blog today. I’m using the die set to create a unique backpack and a retro van using many new products from the new Bee Mine release.
To make these shaped cards, I used the following new Honey Bee products on both cards and then each card has a few other items listed. Check it all out with full details on the Honey Bee blog.
Pocket Full of Love stamp and die sets
Sweet on You 6″ X 6″ paper pad
Backpack Card
The backpack opens to reveal a letter, love note – whatever you wish to tuck inside. I used some additional products to make this one including:
Stacking Pockets die set for the front and back pockets, only
Good Mix stamp set for the headphones and electronic device, only
Sweet Treats die set for the zipper tabs, only
You can personalize this backpack to match the interests of the recipient.
A pocket on the back panel can be used to add another note or some green bucks. 🙂
Retro Van Card
I also used the following additional sets to complete this card.
Puppy Love stamp set the for the French Bulldog, only
Angel Policy stamp set for the XOXO bumper sticker and lipstick kiss, only
Think of the things you could add to make this perfect for your bestie teenage child, school valentines, etc.
I used the hinged accessory that comes in the Post Box Card Base die set to make this a hinged card. It’s ready to fill the bus with special words/greetings or maybe a van load of pups!
