Happy Friday! In Wisconsin, It’s ski season. If you want to get outside and enjoy the winter in Wisconsin, snowmobiling and skiing are key. I’m using the stamp set, Snow Good for this card from Paperie Ink.
This is a 5″ X 7″ card and to make it, I started with a ink blended background. I used Wilted Violet and Black Soot Distressed Oxide inks. Once the ink dried, I added some darker purplish/blue circles on top. Lastly, I splattered white paint on top of it. Once it was all dry, I added the white snow-capped gray mountain and foothills using the Snow Capped Mountains die set by My Favorite Things and stitched foothills dies using Lawn Fawn’s Stitched Hillside dies.
All the cute skiers, cabin and trees were colored using Copics. I used purples, lavenders, aquas and teals for this card. Shading was added to ground the images in the forefront.
