For the basics… my featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue and for when I want more dimension, Bee Creative Foam Dots With Tab for adhering my elements together. My blender brushes (large and small) are a must for ink blending color on the background, too. For white highlights, I use my white Gelly Roll pen. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size.

To create this 5″ X 7″ card, I started with a background paper from the Americana Paper Pad. This paper pad is perfect with this release. There’s lots of fun wood patterns like the blue and red woods and the star strip I used on this card. I added a strip of navy blue and white star paper across the top, too. I added a large, cool skull from the On the Range stamps and coordinating Honey Cut dies. I also stamped and colored the barrel from the set, too. I attached the skull to the center of the star paper strip at the top. Next, die cut the smaller skull and saloon sign from the Lovely Layers: Fireplace Lodge Add-On – Honey Cuts dies and attached them using foam tabs, too. I used R89 and E55 to color the saloon sign.  To finish out the “wall hangings” on the panel board, I die cut the rope from the Lovely Layers: Tack Honey Cuts dies and attached it to the large skull.

Next, I die cut and colored the wood tool box using shades of E Copic Colors including E55, E57, E43, E35, E59 and W2 to make the good grain on the die cut pieces. I assembled the tool box and filled it with tools and beer using the Lovely Layers: Tool Box Add-Ons Honey Cuts dies. I also added a cowboy hat from the Western Wear Honey Cuts Dies. I tucked the barrel behind the tool box and added a red shelf using more pattern paper from the Americana Paper Pad . I added some glossy accents with a little Stickles glitter to the beer bottles to look like frosty ice. I attached the sentiment from the Nailed It stamps and Honey Cuts dies to the card and attached it to a white card base to complete it.
