Today, I’m sharing a quick card for the holidays using two of Jane’s Doodles stamp sets:
This 5″ X 7″ card base made from 80lb Neenah Solar White cardstock was splattered with a little gold paint from my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors (48) paints on the front only. I also splattered on a little light pink, too. Next, I added a woodgrain strip of pattern paper for the baking elements to rest on for this card. The tablecloth was made from Honey Bee Stamps, Gingham Galore Fall paper pad.
Next, I stamped and colored (with Copic Markers), all the elements seen on the card. I fussy cut them out and attached to the card in a pleasant collage of items on the shelf. I added Scrapbook Adhesives White Foam Squares under the draped gingham runner, gingerbread man, and peppermint for more dimension.
The phrases were stamped below as well as some added hearts and treats. The “holiday” word came from the set “Driving Home for Christmas.” Shading using a W3 and W1 around the treats make them stand out a bit more. This card is ready to give!
