My inspiration card features the following new items from the Be Bold release:

Wild and Free Flowers stamps and coordinating dies (stamp set, only)

Fancy Large Happy Birthday

My card below measure 5″ X 7″ and fits inside an A7 envelope. I’m using 80lb Neenah Solar White cardstock for the card base. Everything is stamped using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink. I use Simon Says Stamp Dot Runner Tape Adhesive to attach the elements together. Here’s the details.

To make this 5″ X 7″ card, I used Sea Glass cardstock  for the card front and Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base. I die cut the Fancy Large Happy birthday sentiment using a dark brown for the base layer and white and sea glass for the “happy birthday” letters. I made the first, last and middle letters in white and the rest in aqua. I glued the layers together and set it aside.

I stamped the floral design on the card front and stamped an additional set of flowers on a separate piece of white cardstock. I cut the flowers out and colored them using shades of orange including YR07, YR68, and Y38. I used a white Gelly Roll pen for the highlights. I also colored the leafy design using warm shades of gray and added white highlighting. The orange blossoms were attached to the leafy design using foam tabs.

To complete the card, I stamped the sentiment from the floral set in the upper left corner. I also added a few black dots using a fine-tip black marker and small gem stickers in a bronze color. I attached the die cut sentiment in the lower half, centered in the middle. I attached the card front to the card base to complete it.
