Raise Your Glass Birthday Card

Today I’m Using the new Wild Beauty Watercolor. I paired this gorgeous floral set with the
Mai Tai Die for a fun girlfriend birthday card. Who does not love to receive flowers and fancy drinks on their special day?!
This 5″ X 7″ card made from Neenah 80lb cardstock includes a splatter of watercolor in fun and bright colors. Next, I stamped and die cut the fabulous flowers and the Mai Tai drink glass die. I added water in the glass to create the vase for the flowers. I also stamped two sentiments on this card. This is a quick, easy and fun friend birthday card with a little twist by using the glass for a vase.
A Little Birthday Funny Card
Along the same lines as the card above, this card, features the new Fields of Blooms Watercolor flowers and the
Margarita / Daiquiri Die. I used the floral set to create the gray and white pattern backdrop to the glasses and colored florals. I used the colors of the garnishes for the florals for a perfect complement.
Of course, splatters in lime and yellow were splattered across the background using watercolor paint. I added some black accents using Pearl Pen Black to the center background for more contrast.
