Simon Says Stamp Let’s Connect Release is Live!

Hi there! What a fun day today with the new release by Simon Says Stamp. The latest release is called, “Let’s Connect” and it’s filled with so many lovelies. You will definitely want to check it out. I’ve got three cards I’m sharing today featuring some of the new products including Unicorn Love shown below.

Unicorn Love Card

This sweet set includes the cute barn, rainbow. happy birthday script and the cute unicorns. I kept this card very soft using Copics in blue greens, yellows and a soft red/peach color.

I cut the barn door so that the doors would swing open to show a unicorn inside. These magical characters have the cutest faces, don’t you think?! Notice I also colored the clouds in the same colors v. leaving them white. I like how they turned out. They look soft and fluffy to me, just like a cloud should!

I added a few white dots to the black lettering to soften it up a bit. I think it gives it a more whimsical look to go with the images.  Sequins add a little sparkle to the look, too.

I’m sharing this photo so you can see the look of the barn with the doors closed. The detailing on the doors is really fun to color up in matching colors, too.
