Pick a Fall/Winter holiday like Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas and make a card using your Newton’s Nook Design’s stamps and dies and you could be the next random winner!  Inky Paws Challenge #109 comes to a close on Friday, November 1, 2019 at midnight CST. You’ve got a few days left to link up a card for a chance to win a $20 store credit.

For this challenge, I made three gift tags for the merry holiday! I used the following products from Newton’s Nook Designs:

To create the tags, I started by stenciling the gingham pattern on solid cardstock using a blender brush, the Gingham Stencil and Ranger Distressed Ink in Black Soot. Using a tag die, I cut three tags out of the stenciled cardstock and added snowy hills by fussy cutting a few hills (waves) out of white cardstock and adding some shading.

I also stamped, Copic-colored and die cut the three dog images from Winter Woofs. I adhered the dog images to the tags. Phrases were stamped, cut out and attached to the tags.

Additional details were included on the tags like stamped snowflakes, sequins, and Pearl Pen dots in silver. Lastly, I added a to and from on the back of each tag as well as gingham ribbons through the holes in black, red and white to complete the tags.

Now it’s your turn to get creative and link up your card or project at InkyPawsChallenge.com. The challenge details can be found there, too. Anyone can participate, but to be eligible for the store credit drawing, you must feature Newton’s Nook Designs products on your project. We can’t wait to see what you make!
