Hey there! Back today with another new set by Paperie Ink. It’s called Happy Easter and it includes bunny and paintable eggs. Since Easter is over, I took this set in a different direction. Instead of painting eggs, these bunnies are painting works of art behind them. How cute is that?!

For this slimline card measuring 8-1/2″ wide X 3-1/2″ tall, I die cut three squares on the front using a die by Trinity Stamps called, Slimline Series: Modern Embossed Panels Die Set. I applied color on each cutout square using the following Copic colors: R14, R22, Y38, Y19, Yo6, BG49, BG23. The bunnies were colored using E53, E51, and E50 with a little R00 for the cheeks.

The bunnies, brushes and pails were all colored and attached to the front of the card, matching up the brushes with the colors on the walls.

I stamped and colored in the “Happy Vibes” phrase from the stamp set called Happy Vibes to match. The entire card front was attached to a card base to finish this card. I think this is a great way to use a holiday set for a non-holiday use.
