There’s so much to love about the May 2021 digital set by The Greeting Farm. There’s many fairies and accessories included in the digital set, Fairyland (all the elements to create a garden scene) and Fairies (Adorably cute fairies for any scene). Here’s my last card for the month using these cuties. I created a slimline card measuring 8-1/2″ wide X 3-1/2″ tall.
Mushrooms, mushrooms, mushrooms… they are all over the front of this one. I combined several designs for the background and foreground mushrooms. I also added that large leaf and flipped it horizontally to create two versions of the same leaf. Broad brushstrokes in YG67, YG03 and YG01 create the tall slim grass around the shrooms. I used a BG000 and B00 for the sky areas.
The mushrooms were colored in using E57, E44, E43, E42 and E40. It’s a grayish brown and works great for this yummy vegetable. The flowers were colored using very vibrant tones of purples, pinks and yellows, too. I used RV09, RV55, RV02, BV01, BV000, y15, V05, V04, V12, V01.
Nestled in the mushroom patch are three fairy beauties each colored in pastels.
- Fairy 1: 100, C9, C7, C5, C3, E00, E000, R30, BG72, BG000
- Fairy 2: E18, E15, E11, E00, E000, RV55, BG000
- Fair 3: E53, E51, E50, E000, E00, BV01, BV000, BG000
Once the front was completely colored, I attached the front panel to a slimline card base to finish the card.
