The Whole World in his Hands

My first card uses the new Helping Hands die set die cut as the focal point. This die is large. It’s shown here on a 5″ X 7″ card. I simply die cut it from Neenah 80lb white cardstock and added the world image from the High Five stamp and coordinating die set. The world was adhered to the card using a Scrapbook Adhesives .25 Foam Squares in white.

I thought it would be fun to add the paint brush from another new set called, Lets Get Crafty stamp and coordinating die set. For the background, I heat embossed the phrase at the bottom. I covered the phrase with a sticky note and splattered white paint on the black cardstock. It makes a dramatic look with the white (neutral skin color) hand.

High Fives and Good Vibes

For this slimline card measuring 3-1/2″ wide X 8-1/2″ tall, I used Copic markers to create the rainbow background. It makes a strong statement with the black silhouette hand.

I die cut the “2021” numbers using the Bee Narrow Uppercase Alpha die set. The stamped “grad” is from the set, Cap and Gown.

I heat embossed the “high fives and good vibes” phrase on white on the hand and attached it to the card front.
