Today, I’m sharing four ideas using the following new Simon Says Stamp Diecember release products:

Sketched Rosebud Bundle – Hot Foil and Cutting dies

Detail Pincushion Plate die

Kaleidoscope Medallion Wafer die

Missing You So Much die

These projects could be used for numerous occasions such as anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, wedding and more. To start hopping, head to my Instagram page here to begin. Follow the order listed, leave a comment at each one for lots of chances to win!

The Staple Products: For all ideas shown below, I used Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the white card fronts and white bases. This is a great weight for adding card fronts to bases. I also use the Hero Arts Black Intense Black ink pad. I used Scrapbook Adhesives dimensional foam tabs for adding dimension to elements including black 1/4″ square size and the white assorted size package.

Beautiful Heart A7 Card

My first card measures 5″ X 7″ and features the new foiled product, Sketched Rosebud Bundle – Hot Foil and Cutting dies. All the elements foil together and then cut out together. It’s quick and easy! I use the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System and I chose silver foil on red cardstock. I combined it with the Detail Pincushion Plate die. This plate fits an A2 card so I ran it horizontally on the top half of my larger card size, using black cardstock.

I added the Etched Berry Branch for foliage in the rose bouquet die cut from metallic silver cardstock. I added red Rhinestones to the pincushion background design. The phrases are from the Beautiful stamp set and the So Beautiful background stamp. The card front and card base were made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock.

Missing You A2 Card

This A7 card measuring 5″ X 7″ was quick and fun to make. I used the flowers from the Kaleidoscope Medallion Wafer die and cut them apart to create the rows of flowers in white, metallic silver and black. Rhinestones were added to the centers of the flowers for added sparkle.

The flower square measuring 4-1/4″ wide X 3″ was matted in black and attached to the card base. The phrase is from the stamp set, Organic Fruits. I love the script and print combination phrase for this clean card.

Missing You A2 Card

Using the Etched Berry Branch die, I used the negative space from black cardstock for this A2 card measuring 4-1/4″ wide X 5-1/2″ tall. I attached it to a white card base and added white dots using my Gelly Roll white pen.

I attached the Missing You So Much die die cut from vellum paper (shadow die) and red cardstock (top layer) and attached it using white foam squares in the whites spaces so that they did now show. I used my Uni-ball Signo Gel silver pen to create the silver border on the white base.

Rosebud Bouquet String Tag

For my last project, I had some foiled roses and leaves left over from my first project and thought they would be cute on a small black notecard string tag. My notecard measures 3-3/4″ wide X 2-1/2″ tall, big enough to fit a gift card inside (using glue dots to hold the gift card in place)! No gift card? just use a silver pen to write a message inside!

I like to make cards like this that can be tucked into a bouquet of flowers and/or attached to the top of a gift box. Similar to the A2 card above, I drew the silver lines around the perimeter to added a touch of elegance to the look. A silver cord string is the perfect complement to the design!
