Now for the card details…

Season’s Greetings Door Card

My card features these new Sunny Studio Stamps products from the Fall and Holiday release (available now):

Winter Wreaths stamps and coordinating die set

Holiday Greetings stamps and coordinating dies

My card is a 5″ X 7″ (A7) size. I started by creating this adorable wreath using the Winter Wreaths stamps and coordinating die set. I used Rustic Wilderness Distress Oxide Ink for the wreath layer. I added pine cones and berries in reds and browns. This cute bow, the berries and pinecones are stamped in layers to make the highlights and shadows. Anyone can achieve awesome results with layered stamping! I used gold embossing powder and stamped/embossed the “season’s greetings” sentiment. I attached it to the top of the wreath.

The completed wreath was attached to the front of the card. I made a faux door for the card front using 1/4″ strips. I added moldings to create this panel door in black and a dark gray. Since this is a holiday winter card, I speckled the entire front using Dr. Ph Marten’s white ink. I flickered the white on using a small fan brush. This card is ready for a “door delivery!”
