Hi friends! I’ve got a fun and maybe a little silly holiday card for you, today. It features new products this fall from Trinity Stamps.
I’m using the following Trinity Stamps products:
Tree Rex stamp set and coordinating die set
Slimline Forest Border Tree Die
My card is 5″ X 7″ and fits inside an A7 envelope.
This card is like an onion; It’s full of layers. 🙂 It starts with a snowy hill in the forefront. Tucked behind the snowy hill is two rows of trees, both cut from the Slimline Forest Border Tree Die . The colorful green, tree lines were speckled with white paint to look like snow. In between the tree lines, I layered in a large white, glitter snowflake in the center of the card design.
Next, I layered in the Tree Rex design made using the Tree Rex stamp set and coordinating die set. I colored the image using the following colors: YG67, YG63, YG03, YG01, C9, and a variety of colors for the string of lights. The image was attached to the front card panel using Scrapbook Adhesives foam tabs. I also added “white snowflakes” (aka white dots) to the image using a white, Gelly Roll pen.
Lastly, I stamped the phrase from the set right under the focal image and hand drew strings of lights on both sides. The card front panel was adhered to an A7 card base made from 80lb Neenah Solar White cardstock.
