The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panels. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together. My cards are 5″ X 7″ in size.
How To Make This Card
To make this 5″ X 7″ card, I used the Rainbow Birthday 6″ X 6″ paper pad, Rainbow Dreams | 6×8 Stamp Set, and coordinating die set, Look For The Rainbow | 6×7 stamp set and Rainbow Accents | Honey Cuts. In fact, I used the reverse cut of my aqua paper from yesterday’s card to fill the top half of this card. Behind it, I used this fun new pattern paper from the new paper pad. I did not glue down the rainbow…yet!
The stars were stamped using Distress Oxide inks in Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn and Salvaged Patina to create the rainbow of color. I die cut the stars and the clouds and added them to this colorful rainbow. I tucked in a cloud, too. Two green strips of cardstock finish the end of the rainbow. I added faux white stitches to the strip. I stamped the phrase in the white space.
Inside the card, I stamped, in black another phrase from the Look For The Rainbow | 6×7 stamp set and then stamped more stars from Rainbow Dreams | 6×8 Stamp Set on the inside. This card fits inside an A7 envelope for mailing.
