Welcome, friends! Today’s post features the Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes by Becca Feeken. I am sharing three cards that use these lovely dies for very ornate looks. The dies are available at Spellbinders.  I’m using the following products:

Birthday Wishes Vignette Etched Dies from Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes Collection by Becca Feeken

Petite Floral Potpourri Etched Dies from Beautiful Sentiment Vignettes Collection by Becca Feeken

Card 1: Pretty In Pink

Using two colors of pink and white cardstock, I made this 5″ X 7″ card and used the Birthday Wishes Vignette Etched Dies scripted phrase, inner frame and outer larger frame to make this card.

I also added the floral die cuts using the  Petite Floral Potpourri dies. I added white Pearl Pen to the centers of the flowers to complete the look.

Card 2: Bold and Bright

For my second card, I used a black and white canvas for a rainbow of colorful leaves that create a wreath. Instead of using the “happy birthday” script, I created a bouquet of flowers for the center focal point.

The card base is 7″ wide X approximately 3″ tall, allowing the star of the show to extend beyond the white base. I applied white on white using the potpourri dies to keep the background base clean and simple.

Here’s a quick look at the card from the side. It’s fun and different and keeps the focus on the ornate vignette frame design.

Card 3: Petals and Pastels

Using Distressed Oxide Inks in Spun Sugar, Shaded Lilac, and Broken China, I created the blended background for this open die cut frame. I also die cut the “happy birthday” script from ink blended paper to match the background.

Flowers and leaves from the Potpourri set die cut in white accessorize the ornate frame. Some were colored in aqua. I added dots of Pearl Pen in white to the white areas around the frame for a pretty pearl look.
