Alex Syberia Designs October Release Blog Hop & Giveaway

For my project today, I’m using the following products from the new release:

Stay Cozy stamp set and coordinating dies

Autumn Leaves die set

I wanted this scene to look like this sweet girl is enjoying listening to music, on a blanket out on a bed of fall leaves in the Autumn. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size and begins with a white card base, splattered with aqua blue, teal and gray watercolor paint over the front. Next, I added leaves using the Autumn Leaves set. I die cut the leaves from a warm gray, gold, and a deep red cardstock. I attached them to the splattered card front.

I stamped and die cut the blanket and girl using black ink. I colored the blanket in creams and aquas using Copic Sketch Markers in E53, E50, BG49, BG11 and BG10. I colored the girl’s outfit in reds and pinks using RV02, R14, and R27. I colored the face using E000, E00, E11 and E04. The hair was colored using E59, E57, E55, and E43 with the headset in 100, C5, C3 and C1. The fox was colored in YR27, YR24, E53 and E50.

Lastly, I stamped, die cut and added the sentiment, “Warm wishes” to finish the card.
