I’ve got another card to share today on reveal day of  the Simon Says Stamp latest release, “Celebrate You.” This time I used the You Rock phrase from Big Birthday Greetings stamp set. I added a transparency sheet over the phrase that I had applied alcohol ink to earlier. I also added black foam cushion to the bottom of the phrase to make it stand out and adhered the whole square to the card front. The card front was created by splattering watercolor in black to the front of a white cardstock piece using a watercolor brush. I also stamped the balloon image at the top in magenta, yellow and blue ink. I hand drew the black strings. Lastly I added a few sequins. It’s fun, bold and a happy card for the birthday girl or boy of any age! This card is a 5″ X 7″ card. The phrases in the set are generously sized which makes working with them lots of fun! You can get a big, bold statement easily!
