Welcome to release day for the Modern Spring release by Honey Bee Stamps. Today, I’m sharing a card featuring some of the new products. These products are now available to purchase.

Dragonfly stamp set and coordinating die set

The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panels. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size. I use the Bee Creative Clear Embossing and Watermark Ink Pad for all heat embossing images.

Dragonfly Sympathy Card

For this card, I’m using a warm charcoal colored cardstock for the card base. I used Distress Oxide Inks to color my vellum cardstock light green and yellow colors. I used various green inks to get make these colors. I die cut the greens using the Lovely Layers: Greenery dies and attached them to the card base. Everything was splattered with metallic gold and black watercolor ink and Dr. Ph Marten’s white ink.

Next, I stamped the dragonflies and the “thinking of you” phrase from the Miss you Big Time stamp set using Bee Creative Clear Embossing and Watermark Ink and heat embossed them in gold. The images were die cut using the coordinating dies. I attached them to the greenery using Scrapbook Adhesives .25 Foam Squares in white.

I stamped the phrase in the lower corner using Bee Creative Clear Embossing and Watermark Ink Pad and heat embossed it in a gold. I added gem pearl stickers in gold to finish the card.
