Hi Honey Bee friends. I’m sharing a card today that features a number of new products from the Simply Spring release by Honey Bee Stamps. I’m using the following Honey Bee Stamps products:

The featured project below is made from Neenah 80lb Solar White cardstock for the card base and card front panel. All of the black ink stamping was done using Honey Bee’s Bee Creative Intense Black Ink. I use Honey Bee Stamps Bee Creative Precision Glue for adhering my elements together. My card is 5″ X 7″ in size. Now for the details…

I used dies to cut out the white bud vases and colorful greens using the Bud Vases Honey Cuts and the Lovely Layers: Spring Greenery Honey Cuts. I added color to the wood planter that sits inside the black iron holder (cut from black cardstock). I used Copic Sketch Markers in E43, E55, E57 and W2 to color in the woodgrain to make it look like real wood. I used one of the greens to wind through the planter in the front and added the rest of the foliage to the bud vases. I used Copic Markers W2 and W1 to shade the white bud vases for dimension. The greenery was cut from several green colors of cardstock. I colored the flowers to match the pretty patterns of the Simply Spring paper pad. I used YR24, Y19, RV09, RV55, and RV02. I also speckled the foliage with white and black ink and added some additional shading to the leaves.

For the background, I used a pretty pink diagonal stripe and a floral pattern from the Simply Spring paper pad. I used the Sweet Stacks: Circles Honey Cuts for the circular design. After I attached the bud vases and planter tray, I added the “You’re amazing” sentiment to the front panel, using the Big Time Kindness stamp set and coordinating dies. I used foam tabs to attach the words so that they stand out a bit.

Lastly, I added Pastel Pearls Pearl Stickers to the top and bottom to finish the look.
