Calling all Halloween lovers! The Newton’s Nook Designs, Inky Paws Challenge #106 is a Halloween-themed challenge. I’m using Newton’s Nook, Raccoon Rascals stamp set for my inspiration card today. 

To make this card, I started by blending Distressed inks in Wilted Violet, Seedless Preserves and Black Soot for the background. I added stars in the night sky using my Uni-ball Signo White Gel Pen. I stamped and fussy cut the raccoon images and colored them in using Copic Sketch Markers. The garbage can image was popped up using dimensional foam. I added a “ground” for the images to rest on using darker grey and black shades of Copics. Lastly, I heat embossed the phrase, “Happy Halloween” using white embossing powder to the bottom, right corner. The phrase is from the Halloween Trio stamp set. The entire card front was attached to an A2 warm gray card base to finish the card.
