It’s day 2 of the Honey Bee Stamps “Bee Mine” release. I have two cards to share, the XOXO card (shown here) and the Valentine’s Hugs and Kisses card in my previous post.
Today’s XOXO card features several of the new products available in the Bee Mine release available now. The products featured in this card include the XOXO Buzz Word stamp and die set.
To make this card, I started by color washing an aqua blue on watercolor paper. After it dried, I splattered yellow, red and teal watercolors over the wash.
Next, I die cut the XOXO letters out of a white card front panel, 5″ X 7″. I stamped the two phrases in black on the white front and backed it with the watercolor paper, cut slightly smaller. The entire front was adhered to a card base. Lastly, I added a small acrylic red hot heart to the last “O” die cut.
