Hello! I’ve got a fun card featuring a new set from Paperie Ink. It’s the Happy Vibes stamp set and it has some happy clouds and cute sloths. I’m using just three of the sloths for this 5″ X 7″ card.
To make this card, I die cut a heart from a piece of watercolor painted paper measuring 5″ X 7″. I also cut a 10″ wide X 7″ tall piece of white cardstock and scored at 5″ for the card base. I layered the watercolor piece on top of the card base and traced the heart cutout in order to allow one to see through the heart, to the inside of the card.
I added three sloths – two hanging and one holding three balloons. How cute are these sloths and the fun cloud-shaped and rainbow clouds?! I added vellum to the heart opening, behind the ivy hanging sloth that fits nicely inside this heart.
I stamped and heat embossed in white the “Happy Vibes” phrase six times on the bottom half. This is super easy to do with the MISTI tool. Simply move up the card base by the same amount each time and then stamp and emboss. Sequins were added around the balloons for a little bling! This 5″ X 7″ card fits in an A7 envelope.
