I have been having fun guest designing for Hello, Bluebird Stamps this month. Today, I’m sharing another card I’ve designed. I’m using the stamp set, Moose and Friends as well as the coordinating dies. This is such a sweet set. It comes complete with a woodland cast of sweet characters, a birthday cake and lots of balloons and party hats, too.
To make this card, I started by creating the background using my Copic Airbrush and BG01 (for the sky) and YG21 (for the grass) markers, I wanted a light and soft background for this woodland party. I added additional green grass details in the landscape. Next, I colored the animals and accessory pieces using my Copic Sketch markers using a teal/orange and yellow color theme. I arranged the elements of the party and adhered them in place. I added party hats to each animal and light gray strings to each HOORAY balloon. My card is a 5″ X 7″ card, offering enough room for this birthday gathering. 🙂 Here’s a close up of that adorable Mr. Moose.
