Have you seen the new release by Brass and Bliss Craft Company? It’s called Sweet Wishes and it is full of birthday stamps and dies. My card today features the following new items from the release:
My card measures 5″ X 7″ and fits inside an A7 envelope. The card base is made from Neenah 80lb cardstock.
To make this card, I started by making these adorable presents and packages. I added coordinating bows and tissue. I also “dolled” up some of the packages by adding polka dots and texture using Copic Sketch Markers and my White Gel Pen. I also stamped, colored and added a foam tab behind each balloon letter using the Alphabet Balloons dies.
I attached the balloons, presents, bags and packages to the front of a white card base. I stamped the “Happy Birthday” at the bottom using black ink and the Mix & Match Sayings stamp set. I hand drew in some confetti in coordinating colors around the balloons and packages and attached the balloons to the gifts using a fine-tip black marker for the balloon string to complete this card.
